Course Objective

It is aimed to learn the content and purposes of the rules regulating labour and social
security law in European Union by examining concepts and rules of the relevant
legislation in a systematical method. In this context, students may develop views and
solutions on the application of the rules regulating labour and social security law in
European Union.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the content of legislation regarding labour and social security law in European Union
2   To be able to explain functions of the norms related to labour and social security law in European Union
3   To be able to connect the rules related to labour and social security law in European Union
4   To be able to examine the applications of labour and social security law in European Union
5   To be able to evaluate new proposals about regulations with current norms
