Course Objective

It is aimed to learn the content and purposes of the rules regulating flexible
employment types in European Union Law by examining these employment types and the
related rules in a systematical method. In this context, students may develop views
and solutions on the application of the rules regulating these employment types.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the content of legislation related to flexible employment types in the European Union Labour Law
2   To be able to explain functions of the norms related to flexible employment types in the European Union Labour Law
3   To be able to connect the rules related to flexible employment types in the European Union Labour Law with present cases
4   To be able to examine the applications of flexible employment types in the European Union Labour Law and court decisions in particular
5   To be able to evaluate new proposals about regulations with current norms
