Course Objective

The aim of course, to examine the problems reasons of differents, which arising between each country law; especially in countries including the European Union, the European Civil Code and the European Code of Obligations what they codified for unification of laws and the Turkish Law of Obligations and to bring the solutions with the practical examples.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to determine the prevailing principles of European Union law of obligation.
2   Be able to examine written scientific studies, given the judicial decisions and legislation in European Union law of obligation.
3   Be able to identfy issues, which emerged or that may arise in European Union law of obligation.
4   Be able to solve emerged issues within the framework prevailing principles of European Union law of obligation.
5   Be able to produce critical, reasoned and open to debate opinions in European Union law of obligation.
