Course Objective

The factors affecting the relationship between them, and each other, which creates a whole "financial system" in one of the parties involved in the "Surplus funds" is, a certain proportion of income savers are not used, and in the other, "those in need of funds" that are consumer or investors. Banks' deposit and loan contracts, beginning with the most popular procedures at the bank of the law of contracts, relationships with customers, banks are analyzed. In this sense, bank transactions, such as transfers and letters of credit, are discussed in detail.

6   Be able to solve the problems about this course by using basic principles of Banking Transactions Law.
7   Be able to submit original opinions in seminar presentations and texts.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The first lecture will be seven weeks. The six weeks at the end of the seminar presentations and presentations to students in the form of a question-and-answer discussion on the subject will be provided.
