Course Objective

Determination of the limits of the concept of intellectual property, intellectual
property rights of the authors are protected learn how the material and spiritual
sense, trademark, patent and industrial design concepts, the meaning of their
differences with other similar concepts, and that the scope of protection of copyright
infringement legal remedies which will take place in internalization.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to provide dominance concepts and institutions of Intellectual Property Law.
2   Be able to define the concepts of intellectual property rights
3   Be able to consider and evaluate the academic works, rudicial decisions and regislation about intellectuel property law.
4   Be able to follow current developments related to the course
5   Be able to solve to the problems within the scope of practice to produce basic information about the course
6   Be able to analyze abstract and concrete problems related to the course.
7   Be able to spray of opinions on the text and the original seminar presentations.

1 Introduction and exploit the resources offered, Concept of intellectual property, the difference in goods embodying the organizational structure.
2 The concept works, types, machining, assemblies, Author's rights,Compensation and criminal cases.
3 Brand concept and types,The acquisition and the registration of the brand,Terms and the results of the registration of the brand.
4 Registered brand of barriers, Absolute and relative reasons for rejection, The well-known trade marks in terms of the Paris Conventionr.
5 And the scope of trademark protection, Required the use of the brand.
6 Be subject to trademark law, Trademark license, After the expiration of Invalidity of the brand and the brand
7 The concept of invention and patentability requirements, The invention and the rights of the owner, Breach of the right to a patent lawsuit.

Lectures are held the first seven weeks of the remaining six weeks at the end of the
seminar presentations and presentations to students in the form of a question-andanswer
discussion on the subject will be provided
