Course Objective

Tha aim of this course is students' having information on reading strategies and using these information in the process of reading. Improving the reading performance with these strategiesn and using these strategies in language teaching.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knowing the language learning strategies and using these strategies in different contexts
2   Constructing the relations between learning strategies and four types of language skills
3   Evaluating the materials on reading and writing
4   Preparing exercises and activities for reading sub-skills
5   Properly using the learning strategies in improving the reading skills
