Course Objective

To present the main concepts and topics and problems of logic by standing to the basic texts of Aristotle and classical texts.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Will be acquainted with preeminent logician in Islamic cultural world.
2   Will explain the relation between classical logic, Islamic sciences and other sciences.
3   Will strengthen the basic concepts of logic using the books of Muslim logicians.
4   Will gain some ideas about the development of logic and its history by using the texts.
5   Will learn to think correctly and consistently standing on the texts.
