Course Objective

the aim of this course is to give basic information regarding the most common used qualitative research methods and its applications in education. In addition to that, the course also aimed for each student to develop a proposal of qualitative research that illustrates a variety of research approach. Moreover, it is also aimed to use ATLAS.ti as a qualitative data analysis tool when analyzing different types of qualitative data.

4   Using the Standards for evaluating qualitative research
5   Conduct qualitative data analysis with the qualitative data analysis programs
6   Develop a research proposal
7   Evaluate the proposal and report the final report.
