Course Objective

The course objective is to prepare the students for business life before they graduate, giving them the opportunity to perform English, Turkish and German translations in a workplace.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   They will learn to perfom well-qualified translations within a limited period 2   They will learn the terminology pertaining to the sector where they do internship. 3   They will be able to experience the positive and negative sides of the profession. 4   They will take responbility to submit translations in due time. 5   They will be able to adapt to business life.

1. The period of internship is 20 workdays. 2. Students are required to repeat the whole period of internship if they fail to attend more than 20% of the period. 3. It is obligatory for students to translate in English, Turkish and German.
