Course Objective

This course aims to familiarize students with terminology in economics by studying the structure of texts in this field with translation exercises. Exercises on economics, management, banking, business, insurance and labor law are assigned.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Explains the scope of commerce.
2   Knows economics, management, banking, business, insurance and labor law and their terminology at a basic level and applies.
3   Knows about the Turkish-German commercial relations and describes it with its different aspects.
4   Knows how to profit from, to collect, evaluate and use information sources and technologies in commerce.
5   Translates, corrects and presents texts on commerce.
