Course Objective

The princles of alterations in articles of incorporation and consider the subject as increase of capital, legal situation of the preferred partners.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to evaluate the rules on the concept of alterations in articles of incorporation
2   Be able to analyze the legal procedure of alterations articles of incorporation
3   Be able to explain the rating of meeting and decision in alterations in articles of incorporation
4   Be able to analyze the effects of alterations in articles of incorporation to preferred partners
5   Be able to understand the principles of termination the general assembly resolution about alterations in articles of incorporation
6   Be able to submit original opinions in seminar presentations and texts.

6 Invalidity the resolution of general assembly and its legal consequences
7 To be altered the subject in article of incorporated completely and the relationship this situation with ineffective context

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

In the first seven weeks, course will be explained; in the remaining seven weeks it will be provided that making seminar presentations and at the end of these presentations contribution of students to deliberations about the subject.
