Course Objective

It is aimed to learn the content and purposes of the rules regulating flexible employment types in the Turkish Labour Law by examining these employment types and the relevant rules in a systematical method. In this context, students may develop views and solutions on the application of the rules regulating these employment types.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the regulations concerning flexible employment types in labour law
2   To be able to explain functions of the norms related to flexible employment types in labour law
3   To be able to connect the rules of flexible employment types in labour law with present cases
4   To be able to examine current applications of flexible employment types in labour law and court decisions in particular
5   To be able to evaluate new proposals with current regulations
