Course Objective

: Vested and inalienable rights of shareholders in incorporated joint stock companies to introduce character, their limit and referenced legal remedies in case of violation is to investigate in detail.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to explain the concept of interest and legal character of rights of shareholding
2   Be able to create awareness about the vested and unalienable rights in incorporated company.
3   Be able to evaluate the legal character of profit share rights.
4   Voting rights in general assembly and be able to evaluate their legal character
5   Be able to construe the developments about right to demand information and verification
6   Be able to submit original opinions in seminar presentations and texts.

2 The concept of shareholder and rights arising from interest
3 In terms of the theory of acquired rights of shareholders
4 The acquisition of the profit share rights and distribution to to shareholders, the results of this situation
5 The right to join the general assembly and its legal character
6 Be able to cancel the shareholders' liability lawsuits.
7 The concept of privileged shares

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

In the first seven weeks, course will be explained; in the remaining seven weeks it will be provided that making seminar presentations and at the end of these presentations contribution of students to deliberations about the subject.
