Course Objective

To examine the concept of economic law and economic public law, economic administrative law area, the principles of economic administrative law, the structure of an organic point of view of economic administration, independent administrative authorities, administrative procedures in the field of the administration of economic and control of this, reflection of the economic choices of judicial decisions.

1   To establish the relationship between economics and law
2   To distinguish the properties of administrative action in the economic field
3   To reveal the basic principles of public law, public law and economics from the Economic caused
4   To show the distinction between public law and private law on the basis of the economic public law
5   To express the properties of the judicial review of administrative action in the economic field
