Course Objective

To examine the basic principles and concepts of the law of civil servants, rights and freedoms of civil servants, duties, prohibitions and obligations of civil servants.1

4 Rights of civil servants
5 Freedom of civil servants
6 Duties, obligations and prohibitions of civil cervants
7 Salary regimes of civil servants, elevations of civil cervants
8 Midterm exam
9 Displacement of civil cervants and removal of the staff
10 Disciplinary proceedings of civil servants
11 Criminal prosecution of civil servants
12 The impeachment of civil servants.
13 Financial responsibility of civil servants
14 Termination of public servant
