Objective of this course is to give information about institutions and ways that interfere to rights of individuals.

1   To ascertain the limits of interference to basic rights of criminal judging.
2   To comprehend the contents of classic protective measures.
3   To express the relationship between hidden investigator measure and human rights.
4   To express the conditions and function of the protective measures.
5   To analyse the relationship between the protective measures and proof.
