Course Objective

It is aimed that students acquire a deeper knowledge related to disputes encountered in the practice, by examining different types of labour disputes, procedures and principles guiding the resolution of these disputes.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the types of disputes encountered in labour relations
2   To be able to explain the legal provisions on labour disputes
3   To be able to analyse the types of resolution of labour disputes in consideration of court decisions and views of doctrine
4   To be able to compare different types of labour disputes solutions by indicating their differences
5   To be able to offer remedies about the deficiencies arising from the legislation in labour disputes
