Course Objective

INCLUDES NECESSARY CONDITIONS WHICH AN ORGANIZATION S QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SHOULD PROVIDE. IT IS INTENDED TO RAISE THE SATISFACTION OF THE PATIENTS BY APPLYING THE SYSTEM EFFICIENTLY INCLUDING NECESSARY PROCESSES WHICH ARE NECESSARY FOR ENSURING THE SUITABILITY FOR THE PATIENT AND APPLICABLE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY REGULATIONS, AND SUSTAINABLE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM WHEN IT IS REQUIRED TO SHOW THE CAPABILITY OF REGULATING THE PATIENTS S COMFORT AND THE PRODUCT WHICH CAN ENSURE THE APPLICABLE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY REGULATIONS IN A SUSTAINABLE MANNER

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   KNOWLEDGE: TO LEARN QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND THE PRINCIPLES WHICH WERE PROPOSED BY TS EN 9001 IN ORDER TO SUSTAINABLE IMPROVEMENT OF THE SYSTEM AND TO RAISE THE SATISFACTION OF THE PATIENT/SERVICE PROVIDER.
2   COMPREHENSION: TO OBTAIN INFORMATION DEVOTED TO CONSTITUTE THE QUALITY SYSTEM WHICH WAS EXPLAINED IN DETAILED CONDITIONS, TO UNDERSTAND THE DOCUMENTATION PROCESS, TO QUESTION THE SUSTAINABILITY AND APPLICABILITY.
3   APPLICATION: IT IS EXPECTED TO SOLVE DIFFERENT PROBLEMS BY USING THE RELATED INFORMATION OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND CONDITIONS CONCEPT.
4   ANALYSIS: IT IS EXPECTED TO DESCRIBE THE REASONS OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS AND CONDITIONS CONCEPT, TO SEE THE RESULTS AND THE GENERALISATIONS, TO SEE THE EVIDENCE WHICH SUPPORT AND REJECT ALL THESE

Assessment Criteria

1. Note that the boundary between the two groups participated in the study notes, note, carry a higher level.
2. Sample analysis will be made in the form of a group. Distribution of tasks within the group and the group's responsibility to ensure equal participation of each group member. Marking of the sample analysis, faculty members and by the end of the semester, all students will be held to be explained.
3. Sample analysis, field research, and presentations, the subject has been expressed clearly in the relevant standards, and the findings on the basis of the originality of the discussion of the results, accuracy, comprehensiveness of the report content and presentation of the depth of analysis and mechanics and visual presentation, such as the timing of the operation-judged out of compliance.
