Course Objective

To provide comprehensive information to students about the law of persons

1   Define the concept of personality in law and understand the details. 2   Learn basic principles of Family Law and compare them with the current law. 3   Do philosophy about inheritance law 4   Learn about real rights in detail and compare its relevance with current rights. 5   Learn the legal practice of private law.
