Course Objective

To examine contemporary Islamic legal issues and its literature within a plan;
Within this plan to discuss selected topics and do comments from varous perspectives as much as possible;
While examining contemporary issues to encourage student using historical experiment Muslim jurists and creates new comments accordingly.

1   Learn contemporary Islamic legal issues and its literature;

3   Learn classical period theory based discussion from the original sources;
4   While examining contemporary issues uses classical experiment and creates new comments;
