Course Objective

Objectives of the Lecture: Acquire general knowledge of business management, types of management, management types from the point view of law, establishment and location selection of a firm, knowing the functions of a firm.

Course Contents

Week Subject Description
1 Definition and basic concepts of business administration. Concepts of enterprising and professional director. Development of business administration
2 Enterprise as a unit. Features, aims, sources, its external environment and position in economics.
3 Types of enterprises. What are their activities, equity ownership, jurally, international commercial law, inter-enterprise agreement.
4 What are single proprietorship and public enterprises, jurally
5 Establishment works of an enterprise, economical analysis, technical analysis, financial analysis.
6 Criteria of enterprise magnitude. What are the factors affecting the magnitude and optimum magnitude of an enterprise
7 What are the concepts and types of capacity What are small-scale and medium-scale enterprises
8 MID-TERM EXAM
9 Establishment place of Enterprise and affect factors
10 Definition of management, functions of management, stages of management, manager skills, planning, coordination, supervision and stages of supervision, total quality management.
11 Production and amount of prodution, relations between income-cost-profit, cost, classification of production systems, planning and management of production, stock management, work study, quality control.
12 Finance: capital resources, own resources, foreign resources, short-term finance, long-term finance.
13 Human resources and public relations.
14 Research and development.
