Course Objective

This course aims to give information on customs legislation and implementation which are relevant for marinas and to provide students with the skill of applying customs procedures.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To interpret the customs proceures and legislation relevant for marinas on the basis of case studies
2   To recognize the documentation and fill up the customs documentation
3   To organize the customs procedures relevant for marinas
4   To differentiate between the customs regimes which the incoming and outcoming wares will be subject to
5   To define the scope and calculation of custom tariffs
