Course Objective

To teach fundamentals and basic concepts of law as well as the legal concepts related to commercial enterprise, merchant, enterprise and commercial papers

1   To define the basic concepts of law
2   To differentiate public law from private law
3   To list the judicial bodies in Turkey
4   To define the basic concepts related to trade law
5   To determine the legal problems that may arise in the context of Turkish Trade Law and to analyze them on the basis of case studies
6   To present suggestions of resolution for the legal problems that may arise in the context of Turkish Trade Law
