Course Objective

After evaluation the concept of "Public procurement" (broad and narrow sense), To examine the principles that have dominated the tender process, classification of legal regulations related to public procurement, public tender stages in the narrow sense, conflicts in the process of tendering, the administrative control of these disputes, the duties and authority of the Public Procurement Authority, the legal nature of the decisions, legal remedies against the decisions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To explain the concept of public procurement (narrow and broad sense)
2   To detect breaches of the law in the process of public procurement stages.
3   Implement legislation on public procurement
4   To express the principles of the sovereign public tender
5   To explain ways to control the violations of law on process of public procurement .

11 Administrative control in the process of public procurement, complaints, objections to complain
12 The judicial review on process of public procurement
