1 Crime theories in historically process. Crime concept in modern criminal law.
2 The scope of typicalness concept and relationship with other elements of crime.
3 The objective elements of typicalness concept 1. action 2. consequence 3. principle of causality
4 The subjective elements of typicalness concept 1.intent and negligence - double function of intent/negligence
5 The scope of contradiction to law element and relationship with other elements.
6 Lawfulness factors-(generally)
7 I. Midterm Exam
8 Exercise of law provision and self-defense
9 Lawfulness factors-the exercise of a right and concent of concerned person
10 The scope of culpability element and it's relationship with other elements.
11 Occasions which are affected on culpability.
12 Occasions which are abated culpability.
13 Occasions which are affected on culpability.
14 Other Conditions which are out of elements of crime and are affected in penalization
