Course Objective

Apprehend the basic features of limited companies according to new Turkish Commercial Law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to explain the basic rules of limited companies which could established by one person.
2   Be able to explain why limited companies assimilated to incorporated companies.
3   Be able to understand capital maintanence and its importance
4   Be able to explain why thymus member rule abondened and be able to explain what the reason is.
5   Be able to explain the legal character of general assembly resolution in limited company.
6   Be able to submit original opinions in seminar presentations and texts.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

In the first seven weeks, course will be explained; in the remaining six weeks it will be provided that making seminar presentations and at the end of these presentations contribution of students to deliberations about the subject.
