Course Objective |
Objective of this course is primarily to provide information about fulfillment of the required provisions in international commercial relations and selection of the applicable law to those relations. International carriage of goods, incoterms, methods of payment in international sales of goods and dispute settlement in international commercial arrangements are some other issues within the scope of this course. Additionally multilateral international agreements governing issues mentioned above will be examined comprehensively in course s extent. |
