Course Objective

The examination within European Union of Intellectual Property Law, which is a scape of creativity and entrepreneurism.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To have the ability to comprehend the terminology of EU Intellectual Property Law
2   To have the ability to interpret the international agreement within the scope of EU
3   To have the ability to relate with Intellectual Property and free circulation of goods.
4   To have the ability to analyse the origin discrimination of brand.
5   To have the ability to interpret the Nis Convention and the Vienna Convention
6   To have the ability to evaluate the essentials of European Union brand law.
7   To have the ability to voice individual remarks at the texts and supplies of a seminar.

6 Geographical indication and the relation of it with brand, according to TRIPS

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

There will be lectures of lessons in the first six weeks. And then, in the second seven weeks, there will be submissions of the seminars and after the submissions, it will be provided to make the students attended to the scholarly dispute by question-answer method.
