Course Objective

It is targeted to learn the reasons of current problems regarding individual labourlaw, the related court decisions and doctrine's point of view about these problems by
analyzing the relevant issues in a systematical method.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to determine the issues of individual labour law
2   To be able to clarify the functions of the rules that will propose a solution to the issues
3   To be able to make a connection between the norms of labour law and current problems
4   To be able to analyze the present applications of labour law and court decisions in particular
5   To be able to evaluate new proposals for regulation in terms of current problems
