Defining the concept of human rights, disclosure of the historical development and theoretical underpinnings of human rights,evaluation of the system regard to the protection of human rights in the context of domestic law and the ECHR

11 Protection of human rights in the context of the ECHR
12 Tasks of the ECHR
13 The fulfillment of the decisions of ECHR in domestic law
14 Responsibility of administration for violations of human rights
