Course Objective

The purpose of this lecture is to discuss the sequels of the datas that captured by the criminal law mechanisms and the the ways to protect this datas lwfully.

1   Being able to seperate the personal data from other datas
2   Being able to digest the ways of the criminal law to capture datas
3   Being able to undrstand the evidence value of the personel datas
4   Being able to understand the in which circumstance the personel datas will be abated and in which circumstance it will be protected
5   Being able to evaluate the concequences of the breach of the confidentiality of the personel datas
