Course Objective

The aim of this course is to learn the skills to balance the interests between debtor and debtee within the frame of fundamental and constitutional basic rights

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn the skills to distinguish the differences between constitutional basic rights in executive law like right to due process, right to legal rights effectively etc. 2   To develop a point of view on Turkish executive law in the perspective of human rights 3   To analyse the jurisprudence of European Court of Human Rights and other high courts of justice on the fundamental rights of executive rights 4   To effect the law enforcement officers to conduct the proceeding in the frame of constitutional rights 5   To contribute to Turkish executive law to conduct the executive proceeding based on human rights
