Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to make students knowlegeable about how to use social media tools by businesses,the methods of studies over social media,analyzing and reporting of activities.

2   Using performance metrics in the study through the social media(campaing,advertisements etc.)
3   Presenting reports to firms using social media.
