Course Objective

The course objective is to inform students on such international institutions as EU, UN, NATO in order for them to obtain information necessary for translation profession.

3   Know the translational conditions in these institutions
4   Understand international politics and Turkish foreign policy

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

Lectures will be made face-to-face in an interactive way. Students will practice critical thinking and develop reading skills. Reading activities will be performed in a dynamic, critical and effective way, with special emphasis on text types.
