Course Objective

Starting with the effect of general culture on human behavior, to learn the importance and role of organizational culture on work behavior, to understand and discuss such issues as ethics, cultural change, culture and communication relationship and types of organizational culture.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to describe, analyze, comprehend and interpret examples and practises of organizational culture concept in organizations.
2   Learning the function of culture in organizations.
3   Identifying values and attitudes which are the base of organizational culture.
4   Understanding the relationship between organizational performance and organizational culture.
5   Understanding efficiency of communication which supports organizational culture.
