Course Objective

The objective of this course is to make students learn laws and regulations about tourism and analyse these resources in order to see their relationship with the International Laws and Regulations by the angle of the results that they create during application.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn the basic tourism law concepts.
2   To know the laws and regulations about tourism legislation.
3   To be able to evaluate the results of application of the tourism law and regulations
4   To be able to compare the similarities and differences between tourizm law and regulations of our country and international regulations and and discuss with regards to their effects.
5   To be able to follow the up-to-date developments in tourism law.
