Course Objective |
The aim of the course is to develop awareness about the pragmatic aspect of translation by working on the texts which are rich in pragmatic elements. On the one hand, this course rising on the cognitive basis introduces the linguistic and cultural rules. On the other hand, it underscores the social and transactional basis; and aims to offer that the aspects such as reception, interpretation and analysis based upon context can be examined in a much more systematic and interdisciplinary perspective. |
