Course Objective

The aim of this course to provide to the students the basic concepts and institutions of consumer law. In this course giving to the students the basic and general information related to consumer law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to explain the concept of Consumer Law
2   Be able to interpretation of Consumer Law Rules.
3   Be able to reveal their connection of Consumer Law to other branches of law.
4   Be able to apply the rule of Consumer law for the settlement of disputes.
5   Be able to determine of disputes within the jurisdiction of the Consumer Courts.

1 General information about the purpose and content of course; providence the method of processing about the course and plan; giving to materials about processing of course.
2 Basics Concepts of Consumer Law
3 In relation to between atypical contracts and other branches of law
4 The causes and objectives of consumer protection
5 Influential people and organizations for protection of consumer
6 Consumer law systems-subjective-objective system
7 The parties and the subject of the consumer contract
8 Practical study
9 Precautions to protect consumers during pre and after contract consumers.
10 Precautions to protect consumers during pre and after conclusion of the contract
11 General Precautions in all consumer contracts
12 Midterm exam
13 Midterm exam
14 Some of the special protection precautions in consumer contracts
15 Practical study
