Course Objective

To make the student reach the level of interpreting the notions and institutes of conglomerates; interprenting the structure between parent company and subsidiaries and the consolidated economical relationship between them.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be well-versed with the notions of amalgamation, demerger, changing the status of the firm and the conglomaretes.
2   To be able to describe the structural change of firm and notions of conglomaretes.
3   To be able to follow and examinate the doctrinal studies,statute law and jurisprudence about the lecture.
4   To be able to follow the current affairs about the lecture.
5   To be able to generate a solution to the problem that is met in implementation about the lecture with the basic knowledge.
6   To be able to analyse the intangible and tangible matters about the lecture.
7   To have the ability to assert an individual remarks about texts and supplies of a seminar
