Course Objective

To teach and explain the basic concept and the rules of law of Antiquities, the relationship between branches of private law and public law and other branches of science

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define the basic concepts of Law of Antiquities
2   To explain the relationship between Law of Antiquities and other sciences except for law
3   To compare rules of public law and private law concerning to Law of Antiquities
4   To examine international law and institutions contribution of Law of Antiquities
5   To apply the rules of Antiquities Law to judicial and administrative judicial proceedings

7 Ministries and government agencies charged with protecting the cultural and natural heritage
8 Structure and functions of the High Council of Cultural and Natural Heritage Protection
