Course Objective

Controversial issues in sects of Islamic law, recognize and understand the reasons for this debate.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Recognizes the controversial issues of Islamic law sects 2   Understande the reasons for these discussions. 3   Realizes the values of Islamic legal scholars which they put forth. 4   Become aware of the efficiency and flexibility of Islamic law. 5   Interpret events in terms of Islamic law.
