Course Objective

The aim of this course is to comparative analysis of industrial relations systems in developed and developing countries.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To examine the industrial relations systems in different countries (1,4)
2   To assess the impact of economic development on industrial relations systems. (1,4)
3   To evaluate the problems of industrial relations systems in different countries (1,4)
4   To examine the economic and social issues that affect on trade unionism and collective bargaining practices in developed and developing countries. (1,4)
5   To comparative analysis of industrial relations systems in developed countries and Turkey. (1, 4, 12)
