Course Objective

To internalisation of ethic behavior and approach in economic activities and working life.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To explain concepts of morality, individual and social morality, ang general ethic. (1,2, 6,) 2   To adopt importance of ethic behavior, application and approach in economy anf working life (1,2, 3, 6, 7, 8) 3   To introduce corporate social responsibilities areas. Week Subject Description 1 The concepts of morality, ethic and unethic behavior 2 Historical frame of relationships between ethic and economy 3 Work ethic, business ethic and approaches 4 Globalization and ethic problems 5 Corporate Social Responsibility and Ethic Behavior and Applications in working life/public sector 6 Preventing unethical behaviors and applications: Discrimination 7 Preventing unethical behaviors and applications: Sexual harassment 8 Preventing unethical behaviors and applications: Mobbing, bulling, workplace terror 9 Preventing unethical behaviors and applications: Corruption, bribe, tax evasion, unfair copmpetition. 10 Occupational, Organizational and International Ethics Codes 11 Prevention of Unethical Behavior at Work: Corruption, bribery, tax evasion, unfair competition, defamation. 12 Ethic contracts on professional, organizational and international levels.
