Course Objective

To convey of the historical development of organizational psychology, motivation of the individual within the organization, the organization communication scheme, the formation of leadership and organizational culture, organizational problems and in solutions within the framework of theoretical approaches.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Describe the organization psychology, to be able to the process of development in management sciences.
2   To detect the importance of organizational psychology researchs in management theories.
3   Describe the process of motivation and to be able to expressing theories of motivation.
4   To be able to explain organizational communication and the functioning with the examples.
5   To detect and to distinguish differences in the relationship between leadership and management.
6   Identify the organizational culture and it s elements.
7   Defining and distinguishing organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.

7 Organizational communication and it s description and functioning.
8 Mid-term exam.

10 The individual and personality, personality-job fit within the organization.
11 Traditional and contemporary leadership styles.
12 Organizational culture and it's elements.
13 Organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior.
14 Union commitment, union participation and union satisfaction.
