Course Objective


The aim of the course is to compare the components of European and Turkish industrial relations systems

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to discuss the marked changes in traditional industrial relations systems. (1, 2,10)
2   Being able to discuss the marked changes in traditional industrial relations systems. (1, 2,10)
3   Being able to examine the new industrial relations comprise relationships between the different levels; European, national, local and enterprise. (3, 4, 5, 6, 7)
4   Being able to examine the distinction between sectoral and cross-industry industrial relations; the relationship between bipartite and tripartite processes. (3, 4, 8)
5   Being able to examine the relationship between different procedures; consultation, concertation, collective bargaining and instruments; agreements, guidelines. (3, 4, 8)
