Course Objective

The purpose of this course is to familiarize students with the specific areas of European Labour Law and Social Security, its instruments and the way in which standards are laid down in several international sources are implemented in national regal systems. And than compare with Turkish Law .Furthermore, some of the major topics of European Labour Law will be the subject of teaching and discussion. Such as working conditions, the working environment, health and safety at work, equal treatment between man and woman workers and the labour contract.

2   Illustrate and describe major topics of European Labour
3   Explain and critique various types of national Labour Law
4   Discuss the factors that can change the working conditions in a Law System
