Course Objective

To introduce students the phenomenon of administrative reform as part of a broader framework of change. To discuss the outcomes of administrative reforms within the context of developing countries.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to understand the scope of administrative ref 2   Being able to establish the relationship between administrative change and different aspects of socioeconomic processes. 3   Being able to build links between national and global processes 4   Being able to compare different reform experiences 5   Being able to evaluate public administration critically.
