Course Objective

To examine the concept of human rights and main issues of human rights law with national and international dimensions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to identify the weaknesses of national laws on protecting human rights.
2   Being able to compare the national / international human rights protection mechanisms.
3   Being able to analyze the compliance of national laws with universal human rights standards,
4   Being able to recognize national human rights protection mechanisms
5   Being able to recognize international human rights protection mechanisms
