Course Objective

Be able to provide information about appealing Judicial ways for administration procedures and actions

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to define the concept of judicial control of the administration within the framework of the constitutional principles . 2   Being able to sort the properties of administrative judicial and classify construction of the administrative Judiciary. 3   Being able to explain jurisdiction rules in administrative law 4   Being able to analyse administrative action for annulment and for damages. 5   Being able to examine the institution of stay of execution. 6   Being able to sort ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies 7   Being able to explain fulfillment judicial decisions.

Week Subject Description 1 Supervision of the administration and state of law 2 Characteristics of administrative judiciary, administrative judgments institutions 3 Determination of the area of Administrative Jurisdiction and duty conflicts 4 Conditions of actions for annulment 5 The reasons for cancellation of administrative procedures 6 The effects of cancel decisions. 7 Action for damages and it s conditions 8 Mid-term exam 9 Mid-term exam 10 Judicial proceedings 11 The results of action for damages, the parties involved in the case, tender period. 12 The institution of stay of execution and the remedies 13 Revision of decision and retrial 14 Execution of judgments

Theoretical lectures. Discussion of current issues. It is done practical excercises to strengthen the theoretical knowledge.
