Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the production and service of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage, cocktails, foods served at the bar. In addition this course will provide the qualification of bar closing transaction and designing new cocktail recipes.

Course Contents

1 To prepare Hot Drinks, to prepare Cold Drinks
2 To prepare high alcoholic beverages, to prepare low alcoholic beverages
3 To make the service of snacks, to make the service of liqueurs and digestive drinks
4 Ensure the preparation of non-alcoholic cocktails
5 Ensure the preparation of alcoholic cocktails
6 To set the standards for the food to be served with drinks
7 MIDTERM EXAM
8 Ensure the the service of Snacks, fruit and desserts
9 To edit the product request form
10 Do the safe closure
11 To make bar cleaning and storage operations
12 To prepare a new cocktail recipe / tasting on offer, to photo the prepared cocktail recipes
13 To calculate the cost of cocktail recipes / pricing
